Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation Process

You can cancel the products you ordered without stating any reason, before they are shipped, by contacting our Customer Services or through your member panel. The full amount of cancelled orders will be refunded without deduction to the payment method you used during purchase within 14 days at the latest.

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedure (14 Days)

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the products you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

Return Conditions and Free Shipping Procedure:

• You can send the books you wish to return to us within 14 days from the date of delivery via our contracted courier company, ARAS Kargo, using the return shipping code specified above.
• For returns made within the scope of the legal right of withdrawal, if the specified contracted courier company is used, the return shipping fee belongs to us. No shipping fee will be deducted from the consumer.
• The products to be returned must be undamaged, must not have lost their resalability, and must be sent fully packaged along with all accessories, if any. The consumer is responsible for any damage beyond the customary use (examination) of the product.
• Although presenting a physical invoice printout is not mandatory as an E-Archive Invoice / E-Invoice user, you are kindly requested to include your order number and return code as a note inside the package so that your return process can be completed more quickly.

3. Refund Period and Method

Within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest following the receipt of your notice of withdrawal and the returned product at our company, all payments made (including the initial shipping fee, if any) will be refunded in full using the method with which you made the payment (as a lump sum to your credit card or to your bank account). The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's internal processes.

4. Exceptions Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products or services:

• Books and artworks specially prepared, custom-printed, or signed in line with the consumer's requests or personal demands,
• Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health/hygiene reasons, as well as audio/video recordings provided in physical media (opened books with CD/DVD attachments),
• Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e-books, digital content, and downloadable publications).

5. Product Exchange Procedure

In case you wish to exchange the purchased product for a different product, you can request an exchange by contacting our Customer Services within 14 days from the delivery date. Exchange procedures are carried out depending on stock availability.
